Here’s a cool Christmas site I found that shows how to get a letter to Santa written by a child in need, asking Santa for a warm coat or new shoes.

At participating postal branches, you can read real letters to Santa, take home one or more that move you, and then send your gifts marked, “from Santa.”

When you do this, there’s no middle man or charity — it’s micro-philanthropy, direct from you to a child.
